Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 VS Corsair AF140 Quiet Edition

lunarlyte

1.2.3. GO!

Does anyone have personal experience with either of these fans? or both? I don't want to go off of specs alone. Also, I don't want people to say Noctua for the sake of brand name alone. I want honest educated opinions please.

I have both of them. Noctua is louder but has better quality. Corsair is great and can change the rung colors to go with your build. If looks dont matter, get whichever is cheaper.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

newegg has 20% off that makes the Noctua the same price as the Corsair. so hmmm. I have a few Corsair SP120's but I like the gray on the Noctua's better. I am probably the only person to ever say that but I do. And I don't want to pay $30 per fan for the higher Noctua's.

The P14s is only louder at higher speeds but quieter at lower speeds. The P14s is the better fan overall even though the AF140 performs a bit better at 100%.
