Adobe CC is a subscription based service of that is constantly updated rather than releasing new versions of the apps periodically (which you would normally need to pay to upgrade to e.g CS4, CS5, CS6). With CC when you stop paying the subscription, you lose access to the software and the benefits that come with it. I guess the main question would be, would you rather have the Adobe applications with new updates and features (CC) and have to pay a subscription or would you rather pay a one-off payment and have the CS6 version forever and not have to pay a subscription but at the same time missing out on updates and features exclusive to CC.

Intel i7 4790k / MSI Z97M / Hyper 212 Evo / MSI Twin Frozr GTX 770 / 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz / Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 / Corsair CS750M / Samsung 840 Evo 250gb SSD /  WD Blue 1TB

CS6 and CC are barely different. CC is just Adobe's latest cloud-based version.

As Blueprint has already stated CC (it means creative cloud btw) is a subscription based service.
I use CC and its actually dirt cheap, I pay ~20€ a months and get access to all of the Adobe Programs, not only Photoshop or whatever other program. Having access to all of the Adobe ecosystem has, as a content creator like myself quite a lot of benefits.
Aside from the ecosystem a lot of "cloud" services were added. Like for example your user settings can come with you to a PC of a complete stranger, which is great. you also get a bit of cloud storage depending on your subscription plan.
If you just want to pirate it all of this doesn't matter and you should steal CC, as it's the newest "version" I think the last update came in November but I'm not super sure on that.

EDIT: As far as I know Adobe has stopped with the CS's and will only continue to update CC, so yeah do whatever you want with that information.

If you are not a serious content creator, its more cost effective to go with CS6.

BTW CS6 takes 10 seconds to crack if you know what you're doing. ;)
