I want to benchmark performance on games between my 2 computers how do i do this easily?

Run the same game and FPS/hardware monitoring software on both computers and compare.

Download FRAPs then press F11.

Running a benchmark.

 

Unigine Valley or Haven are good.

Some games have a benchmark built in. 

 

Or use a FPS counter. 

5800X3D - RTX 4070 - 2K @ 165Hz

Use FRAPS free version it has a built in benchmark where you can configure it to output lowest, highest and average frames per second.
