Should I get Fully Modular or Semi Modular?

Well, if you don't mind non-modular PSU, the Rosewill Capstone 550w is an great unit for $69.99 or $49.99 after MIR. It's a Super Flower Golden Green unit internally, that offer better electrical performance and build quality than most units in that price range. As well as it offers a 7 year warranty and Gold efficiency.

Since this thread is about modular PSU though, you can have a look at the Cooler Master G550M for $79.99 or $52.99 after MIR. It is a modified CWT GPK unit that is not build as well as well as the Capstone, but it does offer modularity, perform electrically well due to DC-DC, has a 5 year warranty, and relatively quiet at low-to-mid loads. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-power-supply-rs550amaab1us

A fully modular unit would be the XFX XTR 550w for $79.99 or $66.98 after MIR. It's a Seasonic G unit internally but instead it offer full modularity, an FDB fan, and a switch to toggle between active cooling and semi-fanless mode (to allow it to stay silent at low loads). http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550bbefx

An excellent value PSU as well as overkill for your system (more than plenty if you plan on SLI) would be the EVGA Supernova 750w B2. It's based on the same platform as the Rosewill Capstone but at a lower efficiency (can do silver though). It offer modularity and a higher 750w output. It's currently $79.99 or $59.99 after MIR: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

So, I've been debating this a lot..

I don't have a whole ton of money to spend on a fully modular PSU, but I could possibly fork some over for it.

But, semi modular ones seem a decent amount cheaper, and from some research, only come with the 24pin and cpu power cables attached, and the rest are modular.

I'll be using a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, so I could possibly hide those some of those extra wires that I wouldn't need in the PSU cover. (But obviously I'm gonna need the 24 pin and 8 pin connectors.)

So, Semi or Full? D:

get semi unless the price delta  is like $10-$20. i use the cover and i have a modular, all up to you. also if you ever seem to want to cable sleeve them it might be easier.

Not sure! Do you suggest anything? Would be best to be 80 dollars or lower without rebate.

600 watts would be fine.

Technically if you want the best performance albeit not a noticable difference then a non modular psu is the best bet, but as for modular v semi modular, get whatever is cheapest :), also if you have a case like a h440 then you dont really need a modular psu atall cause of the psu cover :)

CPU-i5 4690k 4.4ghz @ 1.190V, MOBO-MSI z97 gaming 3, Cooler-hyper 212 evo, GPU- r9 290x asus directcuII (-37Mv), Storage-120gb v300(switching soon), 1tb caviar blue, CASE-Red/black h440, PSU-Antec TPC 650.
