Need help picking a new monitor

I've been trying to find a new monitor for my set up for a while now and just do not know what kind to get.

 

I mostly play games (Titanfall, watch dogs, and League just name some of my favorites right now). Any other time I'll just be streaming youtube or watching my favorite downloaded show.

 

My price range is right at 350$(USD). I don't know if i would want an Ips panel for the better colors and angles or a high refresh rate monitor to help me in League. 

 

I would like to get a higher then 1080p Ips panel, but I'm fairly certain that they are out of my price range. My only dead set requirement is that it has to have a vesa mount.

 

Any help would be awesome

 

Here is the three i was mainly looking at benq 1440p ips, asus 1080p ips, asus 1080p 144hz

 

If it helps any I have a gtx 770 4gb card from Evga.
