Could this laptop run DayZ?

My friend is buying this new laptop, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314807,and he wanted to know if it could run DayZ so he could play with me. I don't think it can, but i'm not sure. Will it run DayZ? Or not?

sure.  my friend runs it just fine on an i3 with integrated graphics

Want a good game to play?  Check out Shadowrun: http://store.steampowered.com/app/300550/ (runs on literally any hardware)

It'll run, but not well.  Then again, does DayZ run well on any computer?

yeah just badly do like 720p, low settings should be playable

You're joking right? I couldn't run it about a year ago on lowest settings with a i5 650 and HD 5450.

Yeah... I'm sure he means run it at 30FPS and not at 1 Frame per minute.

This system meets the minimum requirements, but due to the game's poor optimization, it wont be an enjoyable gameplay experience.

IDK... He could have been lying; I never saw him actually play it, but it was in his steam library
