Connecting fans and pumps

Lets say that in my new PC, I'm using a closed-loop cooler like a H100i for the CPU and a custom loop for my GPUs. I've got a few questions about where different parts should be connected.

A. If the pump on the closed loop is connected to the CPU fan header on the mobo, should the fans just be connected to something like an NZXT Grid?

B. Where should the pump for the custom loop be connected, if it is only cooling the two graphics cards?

C. Should the fans on the custom loop radiators also be plugged into the power supply or into a controller?

D. How might you change either fan speed or pump speed to suit the temperature of the parts?

Many thanks,

Sam
