£600 Gaming & Recording PC

In the next month or two or three I'll be upgrading from a crappy toshiba laptop to a fully epic gaming pc which I need your help with. :D

1. Budget & Location
So my budget is going to be £600 in total, and if you can't tell I am in the United Kingdom (So please be aware of that with like pc shops and so on, this is really pointless these brackets )

2. Aim
My aim with this pc is to be able to play games at medium to high settings and also recording them at 720p 60fps. The games I will be playing are: Minecraft, GMOD, CS.GO, TF2, BF4, Insurgency and other games like that. I would like to play at a nice stable fps so like 60fps would be awesome :D

3. Monitors
I own a old 2008 samsung tv/monitor 20". It should be good enough for now and I can always upgrade it later for two 24" monitors.

4. Peripherals
I would just need some keyboard, I do not care which one it is. Also I would need windows, so windows 8.1 and thats really it.

5. Why are you upgrading?
I am upgrading as my laptop is already starting to suffer from gaming and recording at a nice stable and enjoyable fps. I want to be able to move away from ultra low settings to high settings with a smooth enjoyable fps.

PSSSS:

I would like to have a SSD, for windows and some games :D

Windows 8 is available on G2A for £30 (https://www.g2a.com/windows-8-professional-32-64-bit-cd-key-global.html). This'd take you to £615ish
