Gigabyte Z97N Wifi thoughts?

Hi everybody today I saw an open box Gigabyte Z97N Wifi motherboard for $99.99 in CAD. In my previous thread that I started I had asked the community for opinions on the different motherboards I listed. Today, I would like to know if this is a worth it board for the price. Also if anyone has any experiences on this motherboard, e.g.: overclocking, quality, etc. Im pairing this board with a very cool mATX case that I modded from my shop that I will post pictures on when its done.

BTW Im going for a White and Black scheme so this motherboard really fits, Im just not sure how it performs.
