Win7 Aero theme lag

Hey guys.

 

I recently installed Windows 7 on my computer and I'm experiencing this lag when minimizing and opening window.  It's very annoying and I want to fix it because I love windows 7.

 

Here are my system specs:

    Intel Core i7 4790k @ 4.4 GHz
  • Motherboard
    Asus ROG Maximus VII Hero
  • RAM
    G.Skill Trident X 2133 MHz (2x8GB)
  • GPU
    NVIDIA Gtx 660 (x2) in SLI
  • Case
    Stike-X Advanced w/ Strike-X Aero Cool Internal Temp Monitor
  • Storage
    120GB SSD, 1TB HDD
  • PSU
    In Win 800W PSU
  • Display(s)
    Asus VN247 LCD Monitor (x2)
  • Cooling
    Corsair H75 Liquid Cooler
  • Keyboard
    Corsair Gaming K70 RGB
  • Mouse
    Corsair Gaming Sabre Laser RGB w/ Corsair Gaming Standard Mouse Pad

I have all the Windows Updates Installed and drivers (latest) also have latest BIOS

FX 8350 @ 4.0GHz w/ stock cooler - 8GB Crucial 1600MHz RAM - AMD Radeon HD 7450 GPU - 300W PSU - 120GB SSD - Windows 7
