The Elder Scrolls Online is only £16 or $24 over at instant-gaming.

 

Edit: Should also mention TESO sold out pretty quickly last week when it went on sale, I recommend if you want to get it now would be a great time :)

instantgaming is awesome. They also haven't enforced the new EU law.

I believe it's being dropped in march. But the game comes with a month (?) of game time.

It's been perfectly fine for me and my brother so far we both got Dying light and TESO (he purchased dying light when it was first released) :P

That is somewhat true. Currently the subscription model ends this mid March however when you buy the game it gives you a month free so technically if you buy now you don't have to pay any subscription :)
