How to open in-game NAT on Technicolor tc7200-u Xbox One

Does anyone know how to open 'in-game' NAT. It shows open network settings but shows strict in any game I play. I've tried DMZ', port forwarding, uPnP, doesn't work

From what I can find online, this is how to open up the ports the Xbox One uses.

Make sure you have set the Xbox One to have a static IP with your router

I tried portforwarding but what do you mean to have a static IP with your router. I have static IP on my Xbox.

Hmmm rather odd, When you adding the ports to forward you are selecting the xbox one's ip address correct?

yes, Otherwise if I don't use the ports it shows strict in network settings. DMZ and uPnP stay strict, but port forwarding change it to open in network settings but not the game.
