Fan speed monitoring help

I remember seeing a video on linustechtips where a software was brought up where you can set different fan speeds for different temperatures. Can anyone find the video, or just send me a link to the software. There are understandably many different softwares of this kind but I want the one you think works best :)

Well, there is software where you can set the speed of your fans for different temperatures. So tweeking the auto fan speed mode really.

Anything that comes with mobo. Speedfan, NZXT Grid+.
