4k and 1080p monitors

ive got a 4k and 2 1080p montitors and i wanted to know how i can get the screen elements to be the same on all the screen without the 4k monitor having tiny write and the 1080p ones having huge writing????

You can't unfortunately. Not that I know of at least.

You would have to super sample the 1080p monitors.
