Building a PC for the GF

Snaeb_aka_Beans

So I came across 2 PC's that I recently purchased locally.  Below are the specs

HP Pavillion

Intel Core I3-4140

1x8GB DDR3 1600MHz

Basic 300W PSU

NVidia Geforce GTX 750 1GB

1TB HDD

Windows 8.1 Pro

Blue Ray Burner

Paid $220

Custom Build

Intel Core I5-2500K

Intel H67 Board

2x4GB DDR3 memory

320GB HDD

380W Antec 80+ Certified PSU

Basic micro atx case

Windows 7 w/ COA

DVD-RW

Paid $250

What I did was bought a new board for the I3, put the 2x4GB ram with it and the GTX 750 and put it into the custom case w/ PSU & DVD-RW and used the COA.  I then bought a 2TB HDD and I have a guy who is going to buy it for 600 as a home based PC for photoshop and light gaming.  I have 690 in the 2 PC's now but I have an I5-2500K, 1x8GB DDR3 ram BD RW and a 1TB HDD and a few extra parts for basically 90 bucks.  Below is what else I've bought and being shipped now:

EVGA Z75 SLI: $50 (Bstock EVGA)
EVGA 500W 80+ Certified PSU: $45

Asus GTX 770 2GB: $150

Case I am eyeing up the NZXT S340 red/black with red LED fans for her, a hyper 212 cooler and a 240GB SSD.  The case I will purchase tomorrow and the rest, later on just wanted to get some feedback from the community.

No offence but,

tldr; Are you telling us what you've done or do you need help with something?

Just seeking opinions if I made any huge mistakes.
