New Blu-Ray Player

Brony2012

Hello all. I am in the market for a new blu-ray player. It will be used on my T.V. which is in 1080p. I use Netflix, but it does not have to have those features relating to streaming seeing as how I have other devices that are being used for streaming. What is the best blu-ray player for the price? I have no real budget, just looking for opinions and the best bang for your buck. Thanks.

As long as you will use digital connections anyway, most of the major brands will be able to deliver. BD players have matured so much that hangs, crashes and the like (seen in earlier executions) are no longer common.

Instead of getting premium ones like the Cambridge Audio 752BD or the Oppo BDP-105D (or the obscenely pricey ones from HiFi brands like Goldmund), I suggest going for something inexpensive that will tide you over to 2016 (when they expect a new BD format to come out). Don't buy into features that you don't need at this point.
