Strange Android Message

Today, in one of my classes, I noticed when I would unlock my phone a strange message would appear. But it would pop up for 1 second and there would be no time to read it. So for the past 8 hours I have been slowly finding out what it says by small glimpses, and I still dont know the full message. The message says something like "Your phone will now in the background. (number of seconds/minutes) until lock". This seems really strange because ive googled it many times in different ways and nothing came up. Any help to find out what it is, is appreciated.

 I cant get a good picture, but I was able to read it more accurately, it says "Now your phone will run in screen lock mode for (number) minutes."

I think that's just Moto X Active Display
