Asus VG248QE and G-Sync Q's

K so I'm looking for a, or some, new monitor(s) and found the Asus vg248qe. Yay!

BUT, I'm confused with the Gsync sorta. Is gsync already included in the monitor? Or do I need to install it myself?

You'd have to buy a module and install it (but finding a module won't be easy), or buy it pre-done somewhere (Digital storm used to sell them for $500~).

The VG248QE "gsync" edition stopped shipping a long time ago. Also gsync modules arent availaible at the moment

No, the VG248QE doesn't normally have G-SYNC. NVIDIA produced a limited run of replacement G-SYNC-capable controller boards for them which require disassembling the entire monitor to install. As far as I know those have been discontinued now that actual G-SYNC monitors are available.
