PC Start Up Problems

Hello ! I ran into some errors with my PC . When I start it it reaches Mobo logo then shutdowns . I turn it on again and it works fine . What suppose to be the problem ? Also when I Overclock the CPU and the GPU and get into intensive games the screen turn black and I have to restart . This issue is from like 1-2 months and it's getting frustrating . I have a i7-4770k and GTX 780 and NOX 850 W PSU . How do I know if the PSU or what is the problem in here ?

Could be PSU going/gone bad. Its rather noname (rebrand?) and has no english reviews or store's selling it. But more than that, it isn't 80 Plus rated. And rather cheap compared to Watts its supposed to give out.
