Aside from 192.168.(0 or 1 or 2).1

What numbers are used to access routers?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

really depends on the manufacturer, and the sysadmin that configured it on-site.

 

generally the router is the first (or in some cases last) address in a subnet.

you can usually easily find your router's IP address from a computer that is connected to it. Just do an ipconfig -all in cmd.exe , and you'll see the "default gateway" IP address which probably corresponds to your router. You can also find this information in run -> ncpa.cpl . The  "details" button on the status of  network card will show you.
