What brand of Vram heat sinks would you lovely people at LTT forums suggest? I plan on getting an G10 bracket for my GPU.

Any of them really, they are pretty much all the same. I have some Zalman ones from a long time ago and they are pretty good, but I'm not sure how easy they are to find.

No need for any heatsinks. You card already has a VRAM/VRM plate installed. Removing the plate and using heatsinks is a bad idea, as they don't apply any pressure to the VRAM modules and MOSFETS. The slight downward pressure the plate provides helps extract the heat faster, making the plate superior to heatsinks installed using thermal tape.

Won't I need to remove the back plate to mount the G10 bracket? I read I had to which is why I was asking.

Sorry, the first image I posted was wrong, this is your card. All you need is this kit - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835426042 to cover the Mosfets on the right side of the card. This is because your card uses a reference PCB, so the GELID kit will work.  Leaving the non-covered VRAM modules with no heatsink is fine.
