yes, my PPD started at 400 and was at 250K later when i started folding with my card

So I started getting into folding again and I have a very low PPD for GPU's (422 Each)

you have to wait. Once they've been folding for an hour or less they should be fine

Wait until it settles some. Give it 30~60 minutes or so.
