Buy discontinued Canon Lens from old stocks

I want to buy the Canon EF 70-200 1:2.8L IS USM Mark 1 not 2, because the 2nd version is just too expensive for me. Do you know where I can buy new discontinued Canon lenses?

Well you're most likely not going to be able to get it new, though you may be able to find a used one on ebay.

Most of the used ones are in rather bad condition and some even with scratched lenses ( i dont get why people treat their lenses like that) - will have to save some more then i guess -.-

Well the lens is built like a tank and meant to be taken into brutal conditions. Check out B&H and Adorama. They have some decent condition Mk1's pop up every few months.
