Here are my Samsung F3's in a RAID 0. These are 1TB drives of the F3. I use them for the games that are a tier below my SSD games and also for music. During their time they were the fastest drives on the market. You can see the scaling of the drives is inline with your single drive performance. I also have a couple of F1's that were in a RAID 0 configuration many years ago.
