best system for r9 280x crossfire build

Hello everyone,
I'm going to make a gaming rig with two r9 280x cards in crossfire but i'm not shure wich "base" system will be the best.

I have to choose between
System 1:
Cpu: Intel core i7 2600k
Mobo: Asus P8P67 deluxe rev3
Ram: 8gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz (2x4gb)
Psu: coolermaster silent pro 850w
Ssd: crucial m100 60gb
Hdd: western digital raptor 300gb 10.000rpm
Case: coolermaster centurion 5

Or
System 2:
CPU: Intel core i7 3770
Mobo: Asus P8H77-V LE
Ram: 8gb hyperX fury (2x4gb)
Psu: corsair rm1000
Ssd: none
Hdd: 1000gb seagate baracuda 7200rpm
Case: earocool xpredator x1

Both systems will be around 400 dollars but system 2 might become slightly cheaper.
The 280x cards i'll be using are the ones from powercolor.
I do want to overclock the graphicscards a little.

I also am going to craft my own case if i have enough time for it (i'm in my Finals right now) and if i find the time to craft my own case i'll make a build log about it :D.

System 1, get a good cooler, overclock and profit.

system 2 dude the 3770 is more powerfull!

It's a locked CPU, with how Sandy Bridge used to overclock the 2600K can best the 3770 easy.

Main Rig: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) KLEVV CRAS XR RGB DDR4-3600 | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX | Storage: 512GB SKHynix PC401, 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 2x Micron 1100 256GB SATA SSDs | GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra 10GB | Cooling: ThermalTake Floe 280mm w/ be quiet! Pure Wings 3 | Case: Sliger SM580 (Black) | PSU: Lian Li SP 850W

Server: CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Crucial DDR4 Pro | Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES | Storage: 128GB Samsung PM961, 4TB Seagate IronWolf | GPU: AMD FirePro WX 3100 | Cooling: EK-AIO Elite 360 D-RGB | Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow (White) | PSU: Seasonic Focus GM-850

Second system :D You can OC it and get better performance than that locked 3770 :D Also, that second system has an SSD :D @mrPalmtreeguy

A K CPU vs non K CPU... I'd go with 2600k over 3770 anytime :D

Thanks for all the replies!

I know the 3770 doesn't really bottleneck anything on the marked right now but doesn't an older cpu like the 2600k have it's cons? like less or different pci-e lanes?

and i will probably buy an ssd if i would go with the second system since i'm getting paid more than i thought for my old system wich i'm selling :D

It comes with a CoolerMaster 412S, will that be good enough? Or do i need to watercool it?

That will be enough, but watercooling will take it further.
