Linux Console Emulator (That I won't be using copyrighted ROM's on [wink] )

Hi All,

Been playing with SteamOS since launch and have got a pretty decent HT setup going, The missus and I would love to play some old school NES, SNES, Sega, N64 games but our TV doesn't like to display the console (Known issue with Samsung TV's apparently).

 

Anyway i'm asking if anyone can point me in the right direction to get my little HTPC setup to play some good ol'e games on a linux (debian) platform.

 

If you see this Luke, I know that you can help me :P

probably against coc but if youre on ubuntu, go to its app center and there probably be a emulator there

I am not sure about Linux, but on Windows you have VirtuaNES for NES, something like .. SNESEmu for SNES and I'm not sure about Genesis and N64..

I suppose it would be easy to Google and find and possibly look at some feedback to know how they are..

Yeah I know i'm in a very "Grey" area... I'm running steamos which is debian based.
