100+ wins and still silver.

You will derank in a few matches, dont worry. Unless you play with your friends, you have chances 7 out of 10 getting a shitty teammate, sure he has a Gut Knife Fade but is he good? NO.

I was Silver 1 because of some REALLY BAD placement games.

I'm Silver 2 at the moment again because CS:GO matchmaking sucks and so do randoms.

I feel like I should be SIlver 3 or higher.

Always play with people who know how to play. I am currently LEM (Legendary Eagle Master) and I started at Silver Elite. I always have at least 4 people including myself playing because I know exactly how they play and what they do. Best advice I can give someone is play lots of deathmatch if you want to improve, Practice with a pistol or awp because It will give you the most accuracy then move onto AK's M4's etc. P90 is also a really good gun if you know how to use it, It will sharpen your reflexes because people spawn everywhere. Also you should learn how to prefire and burst fire rifles, Burst firing any rifle will always make you really accurate.

That's the problem with silver rank, Too many trolls and smurfs and it's hard for the real players to get out, even at nova 1 and 2 it's bad.

Hmmm I find tapping with the AK is much more accurate while burst firing the m4a1s/m4a4 would be more efficent....

Any more recommendation? I never used p90 before in a competitive match.... It's mostly UMP/AK/M4/AWP and for pistols it would be p250

I only tap the AK when I fail my sprays. Try to aim for the neck/upper chest region and let the recoil do the work when you burst fire. For silenced m4 vs non it's a personal preference, silenced is way more accurate but you have to be right on with your shots because you have 60 bullets compared to 90 in non silenced. p90 is a real weird gun, it's decently accurate and always looked as a noob gun but when you use it properly it can win over any gun. Ump isn't worth your time because it's inaccurate (for me anyways). What I usually use on a pistol round is either armour or I buy a p250 and 2 flashes. as the flashes buy I am last to enter the push and I throw over flashes to where we are going to push flashing the enemies and letting my team kill them easier.

You need to play smarter and walk more instead of running and rushing each round, play the rounds slow and go for a pick if you can or help your team mate by throwing a flash in a site.

As I said earlier play deathmatch or put bots on easy and learn how to aim first and find your ideal sensitivity to be able to 180 if enemies are behind and flick properly if they are on your side etc.

I don't get this. The first matches, I lost about 2 matches and won 10. I was pretty much all those games on top of the scoreboard, but when I got my rank I was Silver 2?

I really don't get this, also I just can't seem to level up, even though I'm pretty much always on top of the scoreboard...

I guess it's the average starting rank if you have never played CS before.

I ranked DMG when I got CS:GO and now I'm Supreme/Global but it's also true that I started to play CS back in 99-2000 ( You needed to start HL and switch to CS lol.)

If you want to improve, spam deathmatch and training aim maps. Learn the basic smokes and flashes and in a few weeks you'll get to LEM without any problems. Well, I "coached" my friends and they did get to LEM in 2-3 weeks.

I have a 2.5 KD in BF4 and I'm Silver 2 in CS:GO, so that doesn't mean you'll be good in CS :)

I played with god awful friends during my placement matches so my main account ranked at Silver III. I was upset and I found a very competent team who were SEM+ and I've been riding with them the entire way. We're now GN1-GN3 and it's much more fun playing with friends.

I have two alts and I solo queued on both and won pretty much 8-9 of my original 10 because I had much more experience even though I was paired up against DMG-LEM. I was ranked LE on one and LEM on the other, but they honestly felt like a regular match, maybe ranks are just folly, because I think I had harder matches in the Gold brackets.

Nova is around the average player who has played a FPS before. Great job.
