H100i High Temps

So put the h100i on again with washers and temps are about the same even higher i think i put too much thermal paste on ill try again tomorrow morning

You only need a very little amount.

I'm just wondering, what temperature monitoring program are you using? I use CoreTemp. What are your temps at load?

If you're using CPU-Z, could you take a screenshot of your temps/CPU-Z numbers at idle/load?

Redid it today and used a rain size of thermalpaste youll see in pictures .the idle temps now is around 35C 5c lower than before.The room today is 26C.I did a prime 95 test for under 5 minutes and temps went to 85 about.Im starting to think it was the cooler it self again.

for some reason in that picture the clock says 4.2 even tho in the bios its set to 3.5 is that because turbo boost?

OK OK OK!!! WTF? I found out that my over clock was still there at 4.1 but now i turned it down to 3.6 the temps went up .
