Recording Battlefield 4 at 60FPS Stable!

Hello Everyone :D

Im hope you guys can help me, since you are my last bit of hope! I'm looking for a list of computer components that will be able to record and play Battlefield 4 at 1080p Ultra settings 60FPS stable!! ;) (In Fraps that is)
I've looked everywhere and cant seem to find a answer. I only play Battlefield 4, and want to record my gameplay, but my FPS drops to like 25-30 FPS when recording at 1080p LOW settings. Im not looking for a OVERKILL PC, just one that will be able to handle the above mentioned! :P

What components should i start upgrading/replacing, in order to get 60+ FPS WHILE RECORDING!?

Current Pc specs

Motherboard - Gigabyte - GA-Z77-D3H (rev. 1.0)
CPU              - Intel Core i5 3330 3.0Ghz Socket 1155
RAM              - 8GB Corsair Vengence DDR3 1600mhz
GPU             - PowerColor R9 270X (Not Oc'ed)
PSU              - Baobab 550w
HDD 1          - 250GB Western Digital 7200RPM (for OS and games)
HDD 2          - 1TB Western Digital 7200RPM (For recordings)

Thanks for your help in advance!

Have you tried AMD GVR? You should be able to do high 1080p 60fps just fine with it.

Damn, not sure then.

For an upgrade I'd get a 3770k (since you already have a motherboard) and overclock that instead of going Haswell, and a R9 290.

SNIP

Try AMDs game recorder though its a bit buggy there is little/no performance affect when recording

you could also try using OBS if your intel CPU supports quicksync

Alternativly grab an Nvidia card so you can use shadowplay - it uses no resources when gaming, so framerate stays the same

Oh yea I forgot about this!

Try Quick Sync with OBS, it works great on my 3570k.

Ill try that out as soon as i get back home :D I was actually looking to buy a Nvidia card, since i've been a fan since forever, but just recently got a R9 270X (new) as a gift, so i started using it.

I just dont want to buy a Nvidia card, and then find out i get the same FPS drops, and stuff :(

If i buy a Nvidia card, what should i buy? like i said, i just dont want a OVERKILL G/card for Recording BF4 MP gameplay.

I would rather suggest you to get an 250gb ssd.. As bf4 does benifit from an ssd..

First do that if that does not get your job done then upgrade your gpu to a gtx970 or an R9 290X

SO i should firstly try out OBS with Quicksync. If that doesnt work, i should try a 250gb SSD, and if all else fail a GTX 960?

If i buy the 250GB SSD should i use it as the main drive? or to record to? and just regularly move the recordings to the 1TB?

If it really means i have to save up some money, to buy a DECENT system i will do that! Even if i have to record at 720p LOW settings, ill see how that goes for now. :)

Thanks, OBS still makes my pc drop some serious FPS, if i record at 30fps its much better tho, not that much FPS drop.

I have another question now, what do i need to set my Bitrate to on OBS? for good quality?

OBS seem to work much better! :D But, when i use QuickSync it keeps giving me a error? and i do infact have 2 monitors connected to my GPU :(  With AMD GVR on the otherhand i cant record no more :( Dont know what is wrong, i uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times, and still nothing, It says that i can record, but as soon as i press my hotkey to start the record, it doesnt work :(

I Also want to find out, that if I upgrape Components in the near future, what ones should I be upgrading first? And to which Brand/Manufacturer/Size/Model etc.

Thanks
Hasie

Haha i really appreciate your reply, but lets say for instance i have a $800 budget, for a entire new gaming PC, what should i buy? Excluding RAM and GPU from that price.

IM using the Current Case and drives yes, but i can add a 120gb SSD for OS and Games.

Im actually in South Africa O.o haha
Will it be better to go with the Ivy Bridge i5/i7? or get a 1155 Mboard and CPU?

What you can do is, list the components you will recommend within that budget, but Exclude the Case, Gcard, Ram, and Drives. SSD doesnt count as a drive. :P

Thank you so much for the time and effort put into this! I really appreciate this! Is the i7 compatible with QuickSync?

That CPU costs about $470 in SA, wont it in that case be easier to get a other processor?
