G-Sync working on ASUS G751 Laptop with leaked drivers.

Hi.

So the guys at PC Perspective recently made a video showing G-Sync running on the ASUS G751 with some leaked OEM Alpha drivers that got into the wrong hands.

Having the G751JT (970m) myself I downloaded the Alpha drivers and long behold, "G-Sync monitor connected" showed up in the right corner. Having this LG IPS panel running at 100hz with G-Sync is a pretty good experience. I downloaded the pendulum demo and it does work.

The thing is though is that there is no G-Sync module in this laptop what so ever, the pcper guys did a teardown and found nothing. So G-Sync with no module? Freesync? What.

Thoughts?
