I highly doubt it, Make that 4, I made a thread on this a few days after haswell came out after I got my new system and I found somebody else with my setup who had the same issue. And yes I believe the tx750m will be fine, Corsair has said that that psu is 100% certified for Haswell, But on the cx750 you say you have sent back corsair have not yet said that that psu is full certified for haswell, But even if it wasn't certified for c6/c7 states you could disable c states in bios but when I did this I still had the same problem and im sure you have tried this also with no avail But the compatibily issues obviously go further than that as my old EVGA SUPERNOVA NEX just would not work with gigabyte or MSI boards even though it was certified, But once I swapped to a new Corsair AX760 it works perfectly. So yes I would say go with the TX750M and you will be fine

Goodluck man!

Awesome woot. Also corsair have said that the cx750 works 100% with haswell.....look ontheir blog it says so....
