Red screen on ACU please help

So recently I've been messing with my clock speeds on my 4790k and now I'm at a stable 4.7Ghz at 1.288v which never gave me a blue screen, even after hours of testing. So of course I'm a gamer and so I did what my pc was built for and played assassins creed unity but the past couple times I played I got a blank red screen which is impossible to get away from without rebooting.. When I reboot windows is completely normal and doesn't say anything dangerous happened but now I can't play it so my question is what is the problem? My cpu? Gpu(s)? Or the install of the game?

Play something else than unity, it's not exacly a game that you can call stable... It's possible it's just because the game is just a mess.

Just played bf4 for about 5 minutes and then got the red screen again

Windows 8.1

Hmm not sure then, you could try running in compatibility mode for windows 7? I haven't experienced this issue in any games and I use win 8.1 too :/

Just got a red screen again even after clocks changed

I think that's a GPU Driver crash; maybe be a problem with AMD's Ultra Low Power State. It also used to happen to me until I disabled ULPS and enabled constant voltage in MSI Afterburner.
