Does the Halcon ii Fit the ASUS GTX 970 STRIX?

I am planning my first build and decided to go with 2 way GTX 970. However, Im not too sure if the GTX 970 fits The Halcon II. BTW does the Noctua NH-D14 fit into this case?

Welcome to the forums! And yeah, the GPU will but the NH-D14 will not. The case has 150mm of clearence but the Noctua cooler is 160mm tall.

dadasmithywinkle is right, due to the short CPU cooler height, the D14 will not

allow the side panel to be installed. and 340mm for the GPU, you are golden.

 

 

if the chassis supports a 140mm rear i/o fan, the d14 is usable. only on 120mm

rear i/o fans you get into issues. the 120mm fan rear i/o cases with deep flared

side panels might get a lil more hope, but mostly, too close. in this case, no it

will not fit.

What if I change it to a h100i? Does that work?

 

nope, not enough room for the install.

 

H440 Fractal Design Arc Midi or Phanteks Enthoo Pro will fit your D14 and GPU
