Any Useful Apps on IPad?

chriscoolzap

Hey,  I am required to get an IPad Air 2 for high school next year and wanted to ask you guys if you have any suggestions for useful, productive, educational apps on IOS. Also, I am looking for an outstanding keyboard case for typing on the IPad. Anything helps! Thanks :)

HBO Go... many educational.

But seriously, having an internet browser, and some creative stuff is nice. I like jotting in Paper for my day plans. What's your major?

The projects never end in my line of work.

I'd recommend Paper for daily planning.

Poems by Heart is one I got lately, not bad.

DragonBox Algebra? perhaps.

Wolfram Alpha if its on iPad would be good.

Amazon Kindle app (for reading), Memrise (very useful for learning keywords, recommend) and I Am Learning (quizzes, educational games and past papers can be found here, very useful, allows you to track your learning). Also, BBC Bitesize (interactive activities, quizzes and revision sheets), StudyMaths.co.uk (Maths). Can't think of any others.

"Have you tried turning it off and on again?"

My recommendations are just apps I have that I use once in a while. Some may be paid, but I managed to get them for free on promos.

Scanbot - for scanning documents, may be useful if your friend needs a homework worksheet or if you want to scan a few pages of a heavy textbook

PDF Max 3 Pro [or some type of PDF manager] - good for editing forms that are most likely .pdf files

Drive - if you use it normally, obviously this would be pretty useful

Desmos - graphing calculator app, very simple

Calculator- calculator app that is nice for iPads

Translate, Duolingo - for them foreign languages

A+ Pro, Quizlet [or other flashcards apps] - great for studying... make sure to look for apps with the option to import from Quizlet

Things, myHomework [or other planner apps] - these are very useful for staying organized and on-task

NPR News - new and stuff

Wolfram Alpha - solve all the math homework!

Cleartune - a tuner if you play an instrument

Sketchbook Pro - for doodling, or drawing

For accessories,

ClamCase Pro for iPad Air 2 - legit stuff, expensive too

Anything for ZAGG - they have some solid products, pretty expensive as well

Get a stylus - it would be semi-useful... you can pick one up at a nearby dollar store

PLEASE QUOTE ME WHEN YOU REPLY TO MY POSTS, thank you.
