What is the best settings for sony vegas. i have a fx 630 and a 970 do not ask y i got that cpu but i did. what whould the best settings for a fast render at 1080p

what format do you want and at what settings avi, mpg, mp4, wmv, 24fps, 30fps, 60fps, lossy or lossless DETAILS

well i will do most 30 fps but may do 60 in youtube.
