Before jumping into conclusions you should know the context of the story (UN is there to prevent fire of shells from one side to the other, hezbullah fires rockets into israel* close to their base, they be chillin' and got hit by a stray round.

 

The reason i'd like a translated version of this is because the spanish people say somthing about they think the fire came from hezbullah area

I speak decent spanish but I couldn't understand a word of what these guys were saying.
