My gta v for my xbox 360 got the perfect circle if my friend where to bring his over today would i be able to use just his disc 2 and use all my data saved onto my hard drive or would i have to re install disc 1 then use disc 2. also I sent my copy of it back to amazon just waiting for them to send a new one back.

If you've already installed it, you should be able to play it fine no matter what disc
