Ok. I know a lot of people, including myself, who have had terrible experiences with Steam Support. It takes forever to get a response to your "ticket" (if you're lucky enough to), and often times they don't even fix the problems that need to be fixed. Well finally someone has gone on mighty change.org and set out to solve this. If you wanna take a look for yourself, and maybe sign it (please do), it is linked below. Just thought I would share this and see what people thought.

This is cool. I personally had no problems with Steam Support, they always promptly replied to all my tickets within 24-48 hours from my submission and generally they were a lot of help.

Still though, any improvments on Steam will be a welcome sight.
