How many of you wear prescription glasses? (Q+Poll)

The thing is over the years,i visited the eye specialist he/she keep on increasing my precription values 

 

I am just curious and does this happen with you as well?

I do, since I was 8, and now I have like 20/40 vision, so my glasses actually are pretty tough. But now I wear contacts as well as glasses.

I think you got it backwards. Its probably for people who have trouble seeing away.

I'm Asian and my vision is -5R and -4.75L. It's really weird having one eye better than the other.

Being short sighted, I have -2.5 left eye, -4.0 right eye apparently, but I haven't been tested on over a year (specsavers is bloody awful and have had my prescription wrong so many times).

I don't, but my friend used to wear glasses/now wears contacts because he has Stargardt disease.

Genetics suck sometimes.

-2.75L and -2.5R. Been wearing glasses since grade 3 but they've progressively gotten stronger until they stabilized about two years ago at the above prescription.

right eye 2 left 3 or 4 and constantly getting worse which forces me to change my glasses every year
