Hello

I just started using two displays, one being a 40" wall mounted tv from Samsung, the other being a 24" monitor from Dell.

I have a problem, where if I were to drag a window of any program, it noticeably enlarges the window, making it look blurry and not sharp any more. How do I disable this feature? If you don't understand what I mean, let me know. Then I will try to make a short video about it.

RAM: HyperX Fury 1600MHZ CL10 2x4GB      Storage: Samsung 850 EVO(250GB) + WD Red(2TB)      PSU: Corsair RM750 (and no, it hasn't blown up!)

MoBo: Asus Maximus VII Ranger                      Graphics: MSI GTX 970 TwinFrozr (1494MHZ Core)       OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

are both screens the same resolution?
