get 3L of destilled water and you'll be fine. You'll probably need only 2, but its better safe than sorry. Oh and don't get any fancy pre-mixed liquids. Destilled water + ptnuke/kill coil and possibly die is the way to go.

You'll need about 3 liters.

I got 3 liters of Ek-coolant clear (premix) and 5 liters of Mayhems Ultra Pure H20.

Can I mix them if its not enough of the premix?

Um... Why use any of theese? Just distilled water + biocide - cheap and safe.

Keep in mind, that u need to wash your new waterblock and rads (especially rads) with distilled water before installing.

You will see many tiny metal and plastic particles comming out of them with water.

I went EK-coolant, since its all my parts are from EK.

So there should not be any problems with it.

I can get my hands on drinking water, but not distilled water in my local stores. So water sold online, is the only choice.

But I got the Mayhems water primarly for cleaning out the system first.

But back to my earlier question, can I use some of the Mayhem water in my loop, if my 3 liters of EK-coolant is not enough (for some reason)?

Yes, u can use it (I believe they filter it with reverse osmosis, the same way as astronauts get water from wastes). But it is always better to run your system with single liquid (no mixing).

As for distilled water - you can buy it at any pharmacy or car shop (they sell it to fill car accumulators, it's ok for water cooling).

Distilled water is like $1 per gallon here, so I always get a gallon.

You'd be fine with around 3-4 liters

I know that single liquid is best, but I asked since waiting several days on more liquid is stupid, if you can use what you have at hands.

I don't think, that something bad gonna happen, if u mix those two liquids, because one of them is pure distilled water.
