Okay so I got my taxs, dont got that much to put down for a build. i got about $600.00 can go a little over.
What i need in my build:
Dual screens ( one touch if within budget)
A great audio card
Good speekers (at least 2.1)
mouse/keyborad

Out of all fairness though, you don't need a sound card, or speakers. There are plenty of monitors with speakers built in, they would do for now.

Do not cheap out on your components. Thats so important.

Also, you can just go into wallmart or gamestop or whatever and just grab some peripherals. Always better to buy good components rather than good peripherals and shapty processors or gpu.
