My windows is zoomend in and the color aren't right

I just have to change the resolution but I can´t.

and as you see on the pic it says samsung (640 x 480) 

BTW Samsung is my tv not a monitor !

Two questions in one, what monitor are you using and how is it connected, VGA, DVI, DisplayPort or HDMI?

I have done it !

because of the colour change I could not see where I had to press to select the resolution but now I have found it 

I was so scared because this is my first pc build  ^_^

but we have done it

yes It was set to 32 bit  :D

changed it to 16 bit

No no no, you want it set on 32 Bit, not 16 Bit. Otherwise colours with look not quite right. ;)

How do you know this for certain?

It's not 100%, it might be a GPU fault of some sort, but that's unlikely IMO. 

However, dead pixels look EXACTLY like that. (at least from my experience)
