looks fine but I would probably get a msi gaming 5 mobo and a 4690k so you can OC, also you should probably get a cpu cooler of some sort, a CM would be nice.

My Build: 4690k @ 4.7 GHz, ASUS Strix 970 @ 1316 MHz, H105, Corsair Vengeance Pro @ 1600 MHz, H440, RM750

That doesnt have anything to do with what he said. Overclocking =/= louder

In fact, stock cooling is much louder than an many after market solutions

You may want to go with the Intel Core i5-4690S cpu. It has a lower base clock which means that it can idle cooler. Has the same top speed as the i5-4690, so there is no real performance loss.

You may also want to consider an after market cpu cooler like the Silverstone NT06-PRO 74.0 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler. Theoretically, with the i5-4690S the cooler can be effective fanless.

Finally, Silverstone 500W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular SFX Power Supply may be a better choice of psu. It is an SFX-L psu and is compatible with the RVZ01 (v1.3 or later). The longer format allows for a 120mm fan which can move more air at lower rpm leading to quieter operation. 500W is more than enough for the build.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

um so what the case clock on the 4690s how come its 3.2 if the 4960 is 3.5

so this is better?

...

The base clock speed of the i5-4690S is 3.2GHz. That of the i5-4690 is 3.5GHz. However, as more load is put on either cpu they ramp up their clock speed. Both to a maximum of 3.9GHz. (See http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/turbo-boost/turbo-boost-technology.html for more details.) The S cpu has a lower power requirement as a result which means it can run cooler at lower loads.

The build looks fine. The fan on the cpu cooler could be changed but cooling and noise could be affected. Noctua makes the NF-B9 redux 1600 PWM fan which should work. It has a slightly less garish color scheme.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I know you want under 1500$, but if you can go slightly over (remove the CPU cooler if you don't want) you can get this build. Xeon E3-1231 V3 = i7-4770. I recommend you to buy headphones instead this headset. The 7.1 isn't real and you can use 7.1 on every headphone (it's virtual surround). Changed the SSD, because in my experience Kingston's solid-state drives aren't really good.

The hardware is certainly capable of those frame rates and more in those titles.
