Best value/money downdraft cooler?

The title should say most of what I'm trying to get across here. I'm looking for a 120mm downdraft CPU cooler with good motherboard compatibility (should be able to fit an LGA 115x uATX motherboard) and good performance (needs to cool a 54W CPU well below 70C in a 30C ambient environment and keep low fan speeds.) I don't want to spend more than $50 USD, and I'm in New York within the vicinity of all of the Micro Centers in NY and NJ. That's about it.

I know you love bequiet! Why not wait for their new coolers? They released two downdraft coolers at CES this year. Could be worth the wait IMO

The Shadow Rock LP seems to be worth waiting for, though the Dark Rock TF is definitely overkill. Thanks for the suggestions.

Here is a comparison link from newegg with 5 different options that can handle 130W+ CPUs which should allow you to run really low RPM on your fan to cool your 54W CPU.

 

My pick would probably be the Thermaltake (for best fin stack design) or the Phanteks one (best looking and still a good design IMO)

I am addicted to building gaming PCs but I don't have a great reason to stop...yet...

Why downdraft? Is there a particular height limit? What case are you using?
