Any advice?

Thanks.

Dell P2715Q (27" 60Hz IPS) hands down if you prefer IPS over G-Sync and care about value (all other 4k IPS monitors are much more expensive to my knowledge).

If you arent going bigger than 28 there is no point getting 4K. It will be hard for your graphics card/s to drive, and you won't be able to tell the difference between 4K and, say, 2880x1620. Go larger than 32 inches, or go with a lower resolution.

The only one I looked at so far was the ASUS PB287Q after the rewiew by Linus.

Anyone own it?

Ah man I think 32 is too big as a monitor. Going to end up looking like

It's a great value, don't look at just specs as all reviewers have rated it as an excellent panel:

http://us.hardware.info/reviews/5100/dell-ultrasharp-up2414q-review-24-inch-uhd--4k-monitor

and with windows 10 the scaling should be fixed.

I know, that the panel is good, but it still not a single stream monitor, nor does it have a scaler.

4K isn't worth it as lower monitor resolutions. You just don't get enough benifit to justify the price. This is what you would be looking at to really take advantage of a 4K panel. Philips BDM4065UC.

I know that it does not have a scaler, but that doesn't make it a useless product that OP shouldn't consider.

I highly doubt that the OP will use it with 10bit output. But he might want to lower the resolution in some games.

-> P2415Q would be the much better choice.

I beg to differ ...  as someone actually owning a 27" 4K monitor.

Even without a scaler not running at native res looks off to me.

I'm guessing you haven't used a 4k 27-28" monitor? 28" 4k is fucking gorgeous at monitor viewing distances

Yes, I have used a 27" 4K monitor, and yes, it looks fucking amazing. But the price makes it unjustifiable. If you take the step up to 40" then you REALLY get an idea of how insanely good looking 4K is. After that 27" looks like a baby.

I got two P2715Q, they're really nice. I went from having 4 1080p displays. For sure worth, sadly it was too much resolution so I returned the second display and I just have the one.
