a "pushed pixel" causing horizontal line on my screen

i bought an ASUS VG248QE 144hz monitor and while i was holding my baby sister, she touched the monitor, not sure if she hit it or what but as soon as she did, this horizontal line showed up.

ive looked online and couldnt find anything to help with this but as i looked at it i noticed there was one pixel that had a dark ring around it as if it was still pushed in and stuck pushed in. to the left and right of this pushed in pixel, the colors  react depending on the colors above and under them vertically. when im playing battlefield 4 in an open area or other places with decent amounts of color, it turns into a type of rainbow effect. i must also note that this one pixel that seems to be pushed in, can only show solid colors like light blue or light red. on the far left the pixels get brighter.

my question is, if i some how pull on that pixel using suction or something, will it fix the problem or just mess up the screen? or is there some other issue with the monitor?

also i would like to note, i apologise if im using the wrong termonology here, im relatively new to pc gaming and hardware in general.

Well it's actually possible that the cable is just loose.

Check to see if any of the cables are loose, and if not then it looks like RMA time.
