What Program do you recommend to read system temperatures?

Much agreed, but I use Speccy and HWMonitor.  Lately I have been using HWMonitor though, i've been too lazy to update Speccy.

My life is consumed by CS:GO, even though I'm not exceptionally good at it.

OpenHardwareMonitor for simple look and HWiNFO for something better.
