Are there any dual 2.5 inch enclosures with usb 3.0 on the market? Or am I asking for something nonexistent? :(

It would be a bit more helpful if you give us more info on what you are looking for. Would you like the enclosure to support RAID (RAID0, RAID1, JBOD Span)? Would you like it to be portable? 
 
I believe there are such enclosure on the market and there have been topics here with people suggesting them. You could look through the older topics if no one here suggests you one. 
 
I could also suggest checking some docking station solutions. :)
