PC having intermittent restart issue

Hello

Can anybody help me i have been having an intermittent power out issue.

So far i have replaced the psu and still having the issue can anybody help

 

Specs:

Asrock z97 Fatal1ty Killer

Intel I5 4960k(no overclock)

MSI Twin Forza 2 GTX 970

Cooler Master Sheldion 120v

Corsair 230t

Corsair CX600M

Asus Disk Drive

San Disk SSD 120gb

Seagate barracuda 1tb
